Inke in the Guardian (UK)

Wow - we received this link to The Guardian over the weekend, sent to us by the lovely people from Urbane Living.

Great picture from the Wallpaper Lion (pattern 022)!

Urbane Living is the place to be if you want to shop eco-consciously for furniture, flooring, paints and of course Inke's wallpaper silhouettes.

A wallpaper giraffe in the wild at Van Dijk & Ko

Today, I went to Van Dijk & Ko (Amsterdam) with the family to search for a cabinet for my oldest girl's room - and look what we spotted: A beautiful vintage sideboard, with an Inke Giraffe on it!

(yes, I suck at taking photos)

Seeing the old 001 wallpaper again turned an otherwise gloomy afternoon bright! Unfortunately this pattern has been out of stock for a while at Inke, but if you always wanted a giraffe in this particular pattern, now is the chance! (plus you get a unique vintage cabinet to go along with it).

Apart from being away from the rain for a while when you are spending summer weekends in NL, Van Dijk & Ko is a great place to spot rare vintage finds and authentic retro furniture. Sure worth a visit - also on sunny weekdays!

Ingrid's Nursery

Today we received this great photo of Ingrid's nursery. The tree installed here is Wallpaper Tree #1 april 074 (silver trunk) and compliments the atmosphere of the room in a wonderful way.

Thank you Ingrid for sending in this picture and we hope you and your little one will enjoy the tree for a very long time!

Inke now available at Melijoe.com

Egg magazine (FR)

Nice article in the latest Egg magazine! On page 34 you can find an image of the Wallpaper Tree #1 Juni 074 (silver trunk).

I have to polish up my French, but my guess is the article says you should go to Pouic Land if you want to get hold of such a beautiful tree.

If so, they are absolutely right!

Room to Bloom

Another good example of a very stylish nursery by interior designer Ursula Wesselingh (Room to Bloom - London UK).

What's so great about her work is that you can often find a good mix between vintage and new designs in her interiors. We are very happy that Inke's wallpaper silhouettes fit into this philosophy as well.

Shown on this picture is a Wallpaper Tree #1 April 126 (textured trunk)
